As a prospective community partner with RHC,

As an Independent Contractor (IC) with RHC, you will not be an employee, and RHC will not handle any tax-related responsibilities for you. Instead, you will work directly with RHC families, who will pay you directly for your classes or tutoring services.

RHC seeks facilitators who will:

  • Treat learners with respect, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Use learners' preferred names and pronouns, communicate openly with parents, and accommodate diverse learning needs.
  • Handle fee collection directly from families using various payment methods.
  • Be flexible with class sizes and adjust offerings as needed.
  • Have a plan for managing absences, cancellations, and potential reimbursements.
